How to find the information

Start with Property Tax Reports on the collector’s website and follow the report option matching your research. For one property, use Search Online to enter the property-tax account service and review its bill history. The office separately provides tax-certificate and county-held-certificate information.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Flagler County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Use the report’s stated tax year and scope; certificate holdings alone do not establish a current unpaid balance.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
