Follow Access Reports Here on the collector’s data-request page. Choose the delinquent-parcel report and apply the available filters before downloading. The office also offers a full-roll report and county-held certificate reports. For a particular bill, use the property-tax payment/search route in the Taxes menu.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Duval County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
