How to find the information

Enter an owner name, address or account number in the county’s property-tax search box. Open the matching property and review the bill for the year you need. The collector’s office website separately provides Delinquent Real Estate Taxes for collection information.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Dixie County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The office’s older tax-roll instructions link returned a missing-page error. This guide uses the current county-branded FloridaTax search.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
