Where to obtain records

How to find the information

Begin with the collector’s Tax Search page. Follow Pay Taxes for an individual account or Public Reports for report options. Locate the property and review the bill and receipt information for the tax years you need. The office’s Property Tax FAQ explains the prior-years-unpaid warning that may appear on a bill.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Collier County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Use the collector’s bill records for payment research; the property appraiser’s assessment record serves a different purpose.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
