How to find the information

Select Real Estate as the Roll Type and select the tax year. Enter one search criterion: owner name, property number, tax bill number, or property location. For a name search, begin with the surname. For an address search, start with the street name. Address searches require a specific year; do not choose All Years. Run the search and open the matching property. Review the relevant year’s bill and payment information before treating a balance as unpaid.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Calhoun County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The form supports individual-property research. A downloadable countywide delinquent list was not established in this review.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
