How to find the information

Use the public-records page’s property-tax lookup, which supports name, address or account number. After finding the account, review Full Bill History. For a countywide file, follow the real-estate reports link on the same public-records page. For records not provided there, email inquiries@browardtax.org or call the listed records number.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Broward County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Choose the real-estate report, rather than the separate tangible-property or business-tax reports.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.

Geography: U.S. Census Bureau 2026 Gazetteer, 50 states and DC. County equivalents include parishes, boroughs, independent cities, census areas, and planning regions. Geographic areas do not always administer property taxes; municipal offices may hold the records.
