Where to obtain records

Brevard County Tax Collector

Search Brevard property tax records

Office website →

How to find the information

Follow Search or Pay Online from the collector’s website. Choose the property-tax service, find the property and inspect the bill for the relevant tax year. Use Pay Property Taxes and Tax Certificate Information under the office’s services for explanations of the collection process.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Brevard County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The online portal covers multiple services. Keep real-estate property taxes separate from other account types.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
