How to find the information

Use the collector’s Pay My Taxes service to find the property account. Open the bill for the requested year and review its payment or balance information. On the office website, Property Taxes leads to Delinquent Property Taxes for collection guidance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Bay County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The collector’s current office website is baycountyfltax.gov; the older baytaxcollector.com address redirects there.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
