How to find the information

The Treasurer page links Property Tax Search and a separate payment portal. Its 2026 Delinquent Tax Publications announcement points to the Tax Lien Sale page and explicitly says the publication PDFs are not updated when payments are received. Request an existing account ledger or dated amount from Treasury for current status.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, Statement of Taxes Due or dated tax-lien redemption amount, provide the account/parcel/schedule reference, tax years and desired as-of date. Ask whether current delinquency, sold or county-held liens, later endorsements, interest and advertising/redemption costs are included and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, research and extract fees. Assessor valuations, loan foreclosures and dated sale lists do not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for El Paso County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

A paid parcel may still appear in the published list. Current tax search, a PayDici payment entry and a Certificate of Taxes Due have different coverage; no taxpayer query or published owner list was downloaded. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA completion, public-records request, bidder registration, upload or payment was submitted. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
