Treasurer separates Property Tax History/Receipt Copies from Payments Online and annual tax-lien-sale guidance. Use the history/receipt route for existing collection records or ask 970-874-2135 for an unpaid account ledger or dated redemption amount.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, Statement of Taxes Due or dated tax-lien redemption amount, provide the account/parcel/schedule reference, tax years and desired as-of date. Ask whether current delinquency, sold or county-held liens, later endorsements, interest and advertising/redemption costs are included and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, research and extract fees. Assessor valuations, loan foreclosures and dated sale lists do not certify today’s unpaid balance.
