How to find the information

Treasurer directs current notices and prior-year receipts to Taxes–Find Receipts, separate from the online payment link. It says tax-lien redemptions require a signed notarized Projected Tax Lien Redemption and tells visitors to call 303-679-2353. Request an existing ledger or quote for the appropriate month.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, Statement of Taxes Due or dated tax-lien redemption amount, provide the account/parcel/schedule reference, tax years and desired as-of date. Ask whether current delinquency, sold or county-held liens, later endorsements, interest and advertising/redemption costs are included and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, research and extract fees. Assessor valuations, loan foreclosures and dated sale lists do not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Clear Creek County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The Taxes page separates current notices/receipts, tax-sale advertising and county-held certificates. An online payment route is not a complete redemption ledger or countywide unpaid list. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA completion, public-records request, bidder registration, upload or payment was submitted. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
