Arapahoe County Treasurer / Property Tax Records
Official county tax-records access guidanceHow to find the information
Property Tax Information links tax status and the Original Tax Statement, and separately explains public-document requests by email to Treasurer@arapahoegov.com. The county publishes search/retrieval/redaction research charges of $41 per hour after the first hour. Specify an existing unpaid report, account ledger or dated tax-lien payoff.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, Statement of Taxes Due or dated tax-lien redemption amount, provide the account/parcel/schedule reference, tax years and desired as-of date. Ask whether current delinquency, sold or county-held liens, later endorsements, interest and advertising/redemption costs are included and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, research and extract fees. Assessor valuations, loan foreclosures and dated sale lists do not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Arapahoe County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Title-company prepaid CTD access is separate from public search. The county says bulk lender payments update overnight; no taxpayer query, file extract or request delivery was tested. Confirm current charges and record format with Treasury. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA completion, public-records request, bidder registration, upload or payment was submitted. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.
