How to find the information

The current Treasurer-Tax Collector page distinguishes the Assessor’s valuation role from the Auditor’s roll extension and tax collection. Use the Tax Collector’s property-tax services and phone 530-842-8340 to request an existing unpaid ledger or delinquency report for the correct parcel and years.

For an existing delinquent secured-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption amount, provide the parcel/account/assessment reference, fiscal years, desired as-of date and inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which current, supplemental, defaulted and payment-plan amounts are included, whether recent payments have posted, and whether any power-to-sell or sale status applies. Confirm record-copy, certification, research or extract fees. A valuation roll, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale inventory does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Siskiyou County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The older county domain redirects to the current siskiyoucounty.gov office. An assessment appeal or property valuation does not establish whether the collection account is unpaid. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA verification, records-request submission, upload or payment was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
