Delinquent Property Taxes separates current delinquency from Tax Default/Redemption and Power to Sell. It links a List of Parcels 3+ Years Delinquent and directs account/payment-plan inquiries through a 311 service request. Use the Property Tax division for an existing unpaid ledger or the specific historical list needed.
For an existing delinquent secured-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption amount, provide the parcel/account/assessment reference, fiscal years, desired as-of date and inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which current, supplemental, defaulted and payment-plan amounts are included, whether recent payments have posted, and whether any power-to-sell or sale status applies. Confirm record-copy, certification, research or extract fees. A valuation roll, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale inventory does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for San Francisco County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The 3+ years list is a limited aged-delinquency category, not all unpaid installments. The Bureau of Delinquent Revenue handles other city debts and must not be treated as a property-tax search. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA verification, records-request submission, upload or payment was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.
