Glenn County, California
Where to look, which office to contact, and how to request records.
Where to obtain records
Glenn County Tax Collector / Property Tax Records
Official tax-records access guidanceHow to find the information
The current Finance Tax Collector page offers Pay or View Your Property Taxes Online and identifies the tax counter at 516 West Sycamore Street, Willows. For an existing unpaid report or account ledger, use TTC@countyofglenn.net or the Tax Collector phone.
For an existing delinquent secured-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption amount, provide the parcel/account/assessment reference, fiscal years, desired as-of date and inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which current, supplemental, defaulted and payment-plan amounts are included, whether recent payments have posted, and whether any power-to-sell or sale status applies. Confirm record-copy, certification, research or extract fees. A valuation roll, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale inventory does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Glenn County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The monthly Easy Smart Pay option is a separate current-bill payment arrangement. The county service announcement concerns 2026–27 billing; no online taxpayer result or electronic delinquency extract was tested. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA verification, records-request submission, upload or payment was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.
