How to find the information

Property Tax Information links the Fresno County Property Tax Application and describes secured-bill viewing and tax collection notices. Use the application for the relevant tax bill and request the Tax Collection ledger for older unpaid years, recent payments or a dated payoff.

For an existing delinquent secured-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption amount, provide the parcel/account/assessment reference, fiscal years, desired as-of date and inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which current, supplemental, defaulted and payment-plan amounts are included, whether recent payments have posted, and whether any power-to-sell or sale status applies. Confirm record-copy, certification, research or extract fees. A valuation roll, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale inventory does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Fresno County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

At review the page said 2026–27 bills would appear during the last week of October. That announcement does not establish that every account was already available. Annual secured, supplemental and unsecured bills must be distinguished. No taxpayer query, account registration, CAPTCHA verification, records-request submission, upload or payment was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
