How to find the information

For property inside Nenana, City Documents lists a Public Records Request and Common Property Tax Q&A. The city homepage identifies a property-tax levy. Contact the city office at 723 A Street, PO Box 70, for the existing unpaid ledger or report and current inspection/copy procedure; the current office contact page publishes 907-888-5036.

If a municipal real-property levy applies, request an existing delinquent report, parcel account/payment ledger or statement for the needed tax years and as-of date. Supply a parcel/account ID and exact municipal location if known. Ask about principal, penalties, interest, foreclosure costs and recent payment posting. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification or extract fees. Assessment values, recorded liens and dated sale lists do not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area has no census-area collector. Nenana city records cover its municipal jurisdiction only, not Galena, Fort Yukon or all other communities. The current city office phone supersedes the older state-directory number. Blank request links were identified; no request was submitted. No taxpayer query, account registration, PIN request, records-request submission or payment was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
