Kenai Peninsula Borough Property Tax Division

How to find the information

The borough Property Tax Division links Property Tax Search & Payment. Published search instructions distinguish parcel/PIN, owner name, mailing address and physical/situs address; after a search they direct users to View Account. These are the tax-service instructions, separate from the Assessing Property Search. Ask the Tax Division for existing unpaid-year history or a dated payoff.

If a municipal real-property levy applies, request an existing delinquent report, parcel account/payment ledger or statement for the needed tax years and as-of date. Supply a parcel/account ID and exact municipal location if known. Ask about principal, penalties, interest, foreclosure costs and recent payment posting. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification or extract fees. Assessment values, recorded liens and dated sale lists do not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Kenai Peninsula Borough for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The retrieved search entry contained instructions but no substantive native search controls beyond application hidden fields. No taxpayer query or account result was tested. Assessment values and foreclosure-sale inventory have different coverage from a tax collection ledger. No taxpayer query, account registration, PIN request, records-request submission or payment was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
